I spent 17 years with BPS, where I contributed to the design, implementation, and support of critical network and communication systems.
Prior to and alongside this experience, I worked with leading global organizations including Intel as a Network Engineer and British Telecom as a Telecom Engineer, gaining extensive expertise in network architecture, telecommunications technologies, system optimization, and operational support. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed complex technical environments, ensuring reliable connectivity, system performance, and business continuity.

Ramon manages our Network Operations Center (NOC), overseeing system telemetry logs and coordinating remote monitoring sensors to ensure continuous network visibility and security. With a strong focus on proactive threat detection and incident response, he supervises critical monitoring operations that enable the rapid identification, isolation, and resolution of potential security threats 24/7.
